4.1 Deposits

5.3 VIP Program

pkww has four VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback rates increase as you move to higher tiers — from a maximum of 0.3% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.2% at Platinum. Progression through VIP tiers depends on your regular activity and gaming history.

5.4 Right to Modify or Cancel Bonuses

pkww reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

All games on pkww are operated under fair play principles. The outcome of each game is determined by a verifiable random number generator (RNG), which is completely impartial.

• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, the bet for that round will be cancelled and refunded.
• If a network connection is lost, the game outcome will be determined according to server logs.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary for each game and are displayed in the game interface.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:
